Teresa teaches you how to break down simple to hard poses with using props and holding poses longer to make sure you are getting the best results with correcting your posture and working the muscles deeper.

Core Yoga Flow

The class is mainly geared toward intermediate to advanced yogis, but it can be tailored to beginner yogis. This class will take you through a series of core poses with an emphasis on Iyengar alignment, which focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility. The series is then put into a fun and challenging flow that is musically sequenced. The class will come full circle with relaxing and peaceful poses to leave you feeling de-stressed from your week and ready for your weekend.
